Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Smriti Sansthan was established in the year 1998 by Mrs Madhu Sharma ji and her brother Shri Vinod Shukla ji in the fond memory of their uncle Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay ji with the aim of popularizing his thoughts and philosophy of subservience incorporated with cultural nationalism. It included Integral Humanism, Antyodaya (working towards poor and downtrodden), Sarvodaya (progress for all), Swadeshi, Gram Swaraj (self governance of villages) etc. The organisation derives its guiding principles from the life and works of Deendayal ji.
In addition to these the Pandit Deendayal Upadhayay Smriti Manch has been working for other objectives as well like spreading awareness about social issues of national and international interest like educational development, women empowerment, spiritual upliftment, inspiring people towards "Clean India Mission", Plastic Waste Free India, elimination of single use plastics, welfare of rag pickers and other diverse social perspectives. The aim is to contribute towards the society and create a better world for the present and future generations.
Our successful and popular projects have captured the attention of masses far and wide. People have shown their interest in our projects and are constantly joining hands to promote the issues raised by us. We have a devoted workforce which is always engaged in taking forward the mission and objectives of the trust. We have realized and dispatched our social duties quite efficiently creating a better world for future generations. The key word or mantra for the organisation is 'compassion towards all'.
